"WellNow should change their name to WellNo because that is my response to coming back here ever again. I had came to a WellNow location two years ago and had a great experience, but I can see that things have changed significantly since then. They have effectively switched to appointment only. Not sure how you can call yourself urgent care location if you need an appointment. When I came in, there was nobody at the front desk. This woman wearing blue scrubs saw me and walked out to assist me. Fortunately I did have an appointment but the people who walked in behind me did not and got turned away. The thing is if they were busy then I could totally understand, but when I walked in the back, there were literally three people sitting around at the desk area just chilling and talking. If it wasn’t for the NP Monica that saw me, I would give this place a zero star rating. Monica was very nice and attentive and I appreciated the care I received. I would definitely encourage the management to review their policies with their staff, especially their techs/nurses as they could definitely use a lot more training in how to be professional. I would give 5 stars for the treatment, but 0 for the other staff and overall office professionalism ."

"They were a great team of workers The nurse was thorough. The PA that came in and took care of me was just as good. Both were very friendly. Had very good attitudes. For a busy place. I think I'd be going crazy if I were them. But they were wonderful. Thank you all of you."

"It is easy to make an appointment. They are timely when you do. The NP who Sami was excellent. I need some advice on the medication. I was taking and she was very knowledgeable. She also diagnosed my problem quickly. I was in and out within 15 minutes and on my way to the pharmacy to get what I needed. I was very pleased with my visit."

"I went to WellNow for physical and for some tests. It was all done on Wednesday morning. I am very pleased with professionalism of WellNow personnel! They performed their duties quickly, professionally, and most important to me - with good sense of humor. So I felt like a special guest during my visit as a patient. All lab test results came back in 24 hours, I received my complete paperwork with results on Friday. It was convenient for me with my work schedule. All personnel greeted me with welcome smile. Thanks to receptionist Z - sorry, I remembered only first letter of her name)) . She clearly explained all procedures and billing. Thanks to nurse Gypsy for painless needle work.
