"Try Somewhere Else I was referred here by by primary care provider for an evaluation on an old injury that needed a current PT assessment. My first notice was the condition of the parking lot on my arrival. It had not been treated and was covered in ice and ice ruts making it really dangerous to walk from my car to the office. This is a PT office where patients with injuries come and go. Are you kidding? I met with Dr. De Leo who I found to be extremely rude, condescending, unprofessional, un-attentive, and seemingly uninterested in my medical history or the information I shared. At one point in the evaluation he actually "scolded" me for not seeking PT attention before coming to this practice. At another point in the middle of the exam, he opened the door and actually yelled at a patient and therapist that were speaking loudly out in the treatment room. When I got to the treatment room, staff were engaged in a game of trivial pursuit while patients went unattended. One of the therapists insulted a patient several times, then looked at me and said (a direct quote), "I only talk to patients like that that I don't like". In addition, they recommend masks at the front desk but are reluctant to enforce mask wearing in the facility. Dr. De Leo stated that people should be allowed to "have choices". This is a healthcare facility where sick and injured people are treated. You don't get to have a "choice" as a healthcare provider. Not enforcing a mask policy and allowing other sick people to infect others in a health related facility, frankly I consider to be medical malpractice. All this might be okay for their rural PT patients that have no comparative value to professional services and treatment and just don't know they're being treated badly, but as a professional person, I know this is some of the worst customer service and unprofessional care I've ever witnessed or received. Dr. De Leo recommended 12-14 sessions as a treatment plan. I "vote" with my wallet. I have great insurance that reimburses at one of the best rates in the health care industry. After this experience, I prefer to take my money and my insurance reimbursements somewhere else. I would highly recommend one of their many competitors in the Chili - Churchville area rather that this practice-- if you prefer to be treated with professionalism and quality care."

"Came here after my rotator cuff surgery and I had the best therapy from Arthur, he worked me to where I couldn’t move my arm to moving it straight up and behind my back in just 13 visits.Today I came back from my 4 month appointment with my surgeon and he could not believe what I can do in just a short time,he couldn’t believe my range of motion ,I am so happy I found Churchville Physical Therapy they really care about there clients."

"I chose Churchville Physical Therapy when I needed therapy for my knee because I used to live in Churchville & wanted to give a local company the business. I first worked with Arthur, the owner who was very kind and understanding about my problem. When he could no longer help me because as he put it "that knee is junk", I was very impressed that he told me that. He could have kept me coming in and paying copays. I knew right then that after my knee replacement surgery that's where I would be going for my therapy. That was in December 2014 and 4 years later I still go there to use the machines. Mark was my therapist & got my "new" knee in great shape so that I'm able to use the exercise equipment. Everyone there is very helpful, knowledgeable & supportive. You can ask any of the therapists questions about the equipment & they are always willing to help! I have met a lot of people there while working out and I actually look forward to going (most days anyway!!). All of them now are not only therapists and office staff, they are my friends!! I live in Chili now and there is a physical therapy facility within walking distance from my house but I will continue going to Churchville Physical Therapy! I would never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family!!"
