"I have been going to this place for a long time and it has been declining in the way they are available to take care if patients and the attitude towards patients. It's very sad. 9 times out of 10 no matter if the health issue is minor or major, you can't get an appointment for 3 months or so. My husband had testing and the results were serious, we saw the reports on our portal 2 weeks later and never received a phone call from the doctor until we called them a week after that even to ask about them. We had to set up our own follow-up with a specialist. They need more staffing and better availability for patients to be seen. Not all of us can just go to an ER or urgent care and pay for that extra financial burden. I'm so concerned for all the patients who try to get in here. Very heartbreaking from what it used to be like when there was only one provider here, even then we would get in within a couple weeks. I sure miss that."

"I highly recommend staying away from this place! More than a handful of times now for important medical needs they have brushed my family off. Times I needed my kids tested for strep they wouldn’t schedule for over a week out, my husband has been having severe concussion symptoms and they wouldn’t get him in for weeks either. Even after two ER visits and a chiropractor all expressing concerns for an MRI the primary stated there is no indication he needs one and brushed him off to a neurologist who won’t even take his insurance. Our insurance company told us there is no reason he shouldn’t be sending the request over yet he still refuses. Now, my 3 year old was up all night with bad wheezing, coughing etc. I call first thing to see if they can just check him and be sure it’s nothing I need to be alarmed of and they just said we are full every location take him to urgent care. People, I have had to take my family including myself to WellNow more than ever since we have had this primary. They NEVER get us in. On top of it all the receptionist is always super rude! Stay as far away from UPC (all locations) if you can."

"I was able to get an appointment for my daughter after trying for weeks to get an appointment other places. She really like Dr. Jacobs. He polished her chipped tooth and identified another problem she had! Thank you."

"Phenomenal front desk staff and the dental hygienist was amazing. My daughter went in for her very first dental appointment. He was so incredibly patient with her and due to his compassion my daughter let him check out her teeth. However when the dentist came in (although very professional) he lacked compassion and patients that is important when offering pediatric dentistry. My daughter (after less than a minute) would not let him in her mouth as she was afraid and did not feel comfortable. We called toy town (a highly recommended pediatric dentist) and we will be taking her there. Again clean and professional and fantastic staff. However if you need pediatric dentistry then look elsewhere."
