"I was referred here for a shot for chronic tailbone pain. The initial consultation went well and I was seen very quickly. Julia G. was great to talk to. The day that I came in for the procedure, everyone was super friendly - from the doctor and nurses to the receptionist. Nurse Heidi had a very good bedside manner, answered all of my questions and put me at ease about the procedure. My wait time was about what I expected considering what I was having done. "Easy check-in. Little wait time. My provider listened well, asked the right questions and worked out and scheduled a plan for further diagnosis and corrective action. All of this was done so thoroughly and with such a pleasant presentation that I left confident that my ailment could and would be pinpointed and corrected. This is the same experience I had with Dr. Meyers' team when I faced lumbar surgery in 2022. That experience, a lumbar fusion mind you, got the same 5-star treatment. (Not that I'd want to do it again!)"
"Place was phenomenal, it was the friendliest and most professional staff I have ever encountered for any surgery. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses, anesthesiologist all the way to the doctor, were kind, caring and most of all extremely professional in dealing with my lower back surgery. Had surgery today at 7:30 am and am walking around freely. Kudos and THANKS to all the staff for making my (and my wife's) visit today stress and worry free."
"Parking good including handicapped. Paperwork is redundant. Completed everything on line and the need to do paper copies. Ugh! Provider very knowledgeable and had accessed all my medical records and provider records. Wait was moderate. Not exactly cutting edge treatment, very conservative. Did not meet my treatment needs."
