It's not like you can just call back later because you could end up (and more than likely) experience the exact same thing. If I need something, I know I have to be prepared to call repeatedly. Stop the madness. This is a review for the receptionist Amy. Amy is an extremely consistent individual. She will always cut you off. She will always act inconvenienced by your call. She will always speak to you in a condescending tone. There is clearly a problem based on other reviews I've read and other patients I know that experience the same behavior from her. Why is nothing being done?"
