"I personally have been a patient at (Pembroke Family Med) Oak Orchafd Health now 15 yrs and have had nothing but PISITIVE everything from them or I wouldn't be seeing the provider I see there. No issues w/portal if so, call they will help emediatly. The nurses are even taking a coucourse to help me so I no longer need to drive to ECMC for something. That's dedication and teamwork in my book. Also one heck of the BEST personal care team 1 could ever ask for which they put themselves together for me. I can never thank them ALL enough for being such a POSITIVE influence in my journey through life. It's not kind to 1 star a place that you've seen for 10-20 yrs because of personal issues...that's not fare. My personal opinion no offenses."

"Do NOT waste your time or your money. We have been patients with this practice from almost 20 years, and we have seen it steadily declining-specifically this office. You do not get good care. However, the representatives are very nice and helpful on the phone."

"I have been a client of them for over 10yrs. I have been happy up until I met with their therapist house Mercer who is incompetent judgmental and refused to see me as a client. I am so mad I could switch practices but the meds and nurse practitioners I have seen all have been amazing expect 1. If I call with an urgent issue allergic reaction sinus infection ibs issues when I couldn't get into my gi doctor I was in with in 48hrs . The alexander office is my favorite office setting. the phone system and staff manning it suck they do not return calls ever even when you ask them to follow up with you in a few days i was asking for a referral. i think that they are too big of an office."

"This place is horrible if you have a real problematic health condition! My doctor wouldn't take my stomach problems seriously which has caused my to become severely under weight due to my inability to eat. I have been going to this place for a year now and they have not once sent me to get blood work done, cat scans, ultrasound or an MRI. I went in a week ago to talk about my reoccurring dibilitating heartburn and a pinched nerve in my back, thirty minutes before I go into the office I receive a call saying the doctor I've been seeing for a year decided to go home. I go in and they have me see a different doctor. She didn't listen to my concerns with my stomach or my back pain, she instead told me she was a pediatrician and had no clue how to help me with my problems( I'm 22 years old and should have never seen a children's doctor) she pushed me up against a wall and tried to straighten out my back, this caused horrible pain due to my pinched nerve and herniated disc. She then asked me if I knew I had scoliosis( my scoliosis has been in my medical records since I was 14, this proves she did not research into my file before seeing me). Like I had said earlier since I have aggressive heartburn and can't eat anything without feeling sick so I'm restricted in how much food I can eat a day, this doctor never talked about what could be causing the problem but instead she wanted me to join an anorexic program! She didn't answer any of my questions and never listened to what I had to say. I left there in such pain and in anger. Never go to this place if you have a serious problem. The staff does not want to solve tough cases, nor to they want to listen to you're questions"
