"I have never had such a pleasant experience with ANY doctors or hospitals! Would give 10 stars if I could. I avoid being seen until I can't anymore, and was shaking as I walked in the door. Had I known how fantastic the emergency department staff were here I would have gone weeks ago! From the time I walked in the door until I left was no more than 30 minutes. I was treated with kindness and respect by every staff member I came into contact with from reception to discharge. They did not make me feel rushed, belittled, or uncomfortable for a second. The staff all seemed to be happy and passionate about their career, which the medical field SEVERELY lacks these days. Next time my family or I need emergency medical care I will not hesitate to go back. It's uplifting to see compassion and kindness in the medical field and people who chose it for the right reasons vs to collect a paycheck. I would like to give a sincere and heart felt thank you to the emergency department staff. ❤️ Some of my faith in humanity has been restored."

"First time there since it opened had to get blood work done. Place was packed about 10am I got there. Was out by 1030. Very efficient and quick with the lab draws. Will be going there for all lab draws from now on!"

"My girlfriend gave birth here , was overall a very good experience. Almost all the nurses were very caring and had lots of support for us. They cared for our baby beyond there responsibility. "Long story, my daughter was having severe pain in her abdomen. She went to Strong West ER, they were awesome. Unfortunately, she had to be transferred to Rochester. She sat in the ER there for hours. She decided to leave and go to United because she had been there in the past and was pleased with every aspect of the hospital. This leads me to the point of my story. The first person she encountered was an evening receptionist. That receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to my daughter. She treated my daughter like she was bothering her. After “the receptionist “ finally realized she didn’t have a medical degree so she shouldn’t have been trying to diagnose my daughters condition. I guess she “allowed” my daughter to be treated by a professional, and that’s when she remembered why she went to United because every other staff member she encountered were beyond amazing and awesome in the way they treated her. It would have been a five star rating if not for the “receptionist” being rude and thinking she was a doctor."
