"Clerical staff conduct themselves as gatekeepers to medical care. If you do not sign every waiver related to the release of your private medical information, or question the legal ramifications there of, you will be rudely told “don’t bother coming back” because being “argumentative” is “inappropriate”. Medical care itself cannot be reviewed, as I never saw a medical professional due to how clerical staff deal with a potential patient."
