"I have been a patient here for a few years. Dr. Davis wrote my prescription for my birth control to be continuously taken (no placebo pills) and to receive 3 packs at a time because I take them continuously. Neighborhood Health Center Hamburg stopped my birth control because I had to be seen by their office for my annual to continue me on with my birth control. My annual has been scheduled for months and the earliest they could get me in was the middle of December for an evening appointment. How is it my fault that they could not get me in for a visit until the middle of December and wouldn't continue my birth control until I could be seen? I called and asked multiple times to leave a message with Dr. Davis about this situation and I highly doubt my message ever made it to her. The staff acted like it was a joke and told me to just wait another month until my appointment. NOW every 3 weeks I am going through hoops just to get my birth control filled. When I call and leave a message about needing a refill on my birth control prescription I NEVER receive a call back. I made sure to call the Monday before Thanksgiving (knowing a holiday was coming up and they would be closed) to give it enough time to get it filled. And I called numerous times and no one ever returned my phone call. So, 5 days later I had to call their emergency line just to get my birth control (I had to go without for 3 days). Forward on 3 weeks, I called and left a message at 830am on 12/11/23 about a refill for my birth control and I never heard anything back. I called back 12/12/23 told them I never heard back about my birth control. So, I asked to speak to a Nurse and she sent my birth control script over to the pharmacy wrong even though I made sure to ask if it was 3 packs because I take it continuously it was still wrote wrong and my pharmacy would not fill it. I had to call back and ask for a Nurse. I got Nicole Griffo (LPN) on the phone and I was obviously frustrated because every 3 weeks for the last 4 months I have been going through this and the incompetence in this office just baffles me. Nicole Griffo was rude and told me it wasn't her fault. I honestly don't care who's fault it is at this point, but no reason to be rude for your office putting me through crazy hoops just to get my birth control filled. NOONE in this office listens or cares to listen to a single word you say. They are only there to collect a paycheck. I will be transferring to a different Gynecologist office because I can't deal with the rude nurses and incompetent staff they have working there."
"the staff is great, phone calls take ages to get through. you finally get an appointment and they cancel it the day before, and the cycle continues. if the phone line saying “stay on the line for help” didn’t just re-loop the options, or the general appointments selection (#4 on the menu after hitting the number to schedule, #1) didn’t just hang up i might have less to complain about. I tried the portal as well but it gave me 0 options of people to select in messaging so i can’t send the message anywhere despite being an established patient for 5 years now. i’d give one star if the doctors weren’t as good as they are. regardless, i’m looking into a new place and hoping the doctors move to other places where i can make appointments with them too. :/ And to the owner: please don’t reply with the general number like your response has been to literally everyone so far, i have it in my phone, its easy to find online even! you simply need someone on the other end to make it work. thanks update: got the appointment, was messaged the incorrect date and now have to figure out plans a week out after already doing so for this week. if you aren’t going to answer calls, at least make sure you message properly."
"Honestly, I love love love the doctors here. I have seen several of them. The only time I had more than a 15 minute wait time was when they were waiting on EMS because of a medical emergency at the office. That was one time. They delivered both of my children and were amazing. I've been a patient 15-20 years. I am seeing posts about calling, and around the time of the posts, I had some difficulty getting through also. I am thinking it may have been staffing as there haven't been issues since. Overall, I couldn't have better doctors."
"I just had my 1st appt here after moving to the area a year ago and chose here for my new ob/gyn. Couldn't have made a better choice! They were right on top of things, had all my records from my previous ob/gyn already. Transferred my prescription, did a thorough exam. Even informed me about a genetic testing kit and gave me one! Dr. Gutierrez was very friendly and informative. Happy to be a new patient here."
"I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I absolutely love Dr. Davis. However recently, I don’t know if they are short staffed or what the issue is but it has become extremely hard to get a hold of anyone and when they say they will call you back, it takes days. I was recently in the emergency room and needed to make an appointment with them, I called multiple times and couldn’t get through. My primary doctor was so upset that they called on my behalf multiple times to get an appointment for me. I called just yesterday to get a prescription that I need before I leave for out of town for two weeks, I was told by two different people that I would get a call back and I have yet to get a call back. I just feel like there should be a little more sense of urgency when it comes to people’s health. I also used their “Follow My Health” app for communication and that’s a waste of time. But they surely have it set up to get that co-pay right away! That registration link works like a charm."
