"Windsong always has issues with the scheduling. They say they make an appointment for you then you show up and they say you don’t have an appointment or your appointment is at this time not the time that they told it was and then you have to wait hours. They just leave signs on the door that they are closed, no phone calls. You show up and their computers are down so they can’t get your information so you have to reschedule. These are just 5 different problems 4 years in a row. If I didn’t see the Specialist through Windsong I would go back to Southtowns Radiologist. I never had any issues there."
