"Parking for the Bartlett wing is not adequate. It doesn't accommodate the amount of patients that use that entrance."
"It was my first time there and got seen within 15 minutes. The doctor I had was really good and was careful with my left leg as that was where my problem was. Definitely a 5 star"
"I really like it here- they get you in quickly for an appt. and Dr. Ryan Thatcher is the best!"
"The receptionist staff are friendly. The nursing staff and doctors are friendly also. They are very knowledgable and they all listen to the patients."
"Kevin Lynch is incredibly rude and will never get another second of my time. He made rude digs at me multiple times, including coming out into the waiting room to hassle me. After waiting an extensively long time to even be seen, I was sick after getting my cast removed and sitting in a waiting room chair trying not to vomit. I said “I don’t think this is ready to be out of the cast” since it still felt incredibly sore. He comes out into the waiting room to say “when you’re done being “sick”, I’LL decide if it’s healed or not”, and then goes back in and shuts the door. Against my better judgement I decided to stay and wait for him to look at the xrays. While waiting I was talking to the person with me about a meme I had gotten sent to me. An upset stomach got mentioned, and he came in from the hall into my room and then said “that’s just what happens when you get a cast off”, shutting the door in my face without giving me time to explain that we were talking about an entirely different thing. An entirely different topic that he had no business interjecting himself into. I will NEVER be seen by Kevin Lynch again and would strongly encourage people to look elsewhere for a different office with a provider that at least respects their patients."
