"Horrible service. Made an appointment for new patient care. Was told they were booking out a couple months. Before my appointment, they rescheduled it without confirmation. I then received a letter that I was a bad patient and if I missed two more they would drop me. They have no accountability and now tell me I can get an appointment in December. But I have asthma. I need medication. Only doctors can prescribe medication. So Urgent care. Well, not so fast. They are not supposed to help me with chronic illnesses. I am supposed to have a primary care physician. Horrible service!"
