"Disappointing call in today, had made an appointment for my wife yesterday and they were able to get us right in today which was great however today our car would not start so unfortunately I had to call and reschedule. Upon hearing that I had to reschedule due to car issue I was told it would go down as a "no show". Thease do not look good on her record so I was mildly upset and concerned, so when I recieved a verbal "yeah, too bad" in the most snobby unprofessional tone I was astounded and extremely annoyed. The entire call seemed as if I was somehow an inconvenience to her. I'm not sure what the job normally entails but polite conversation via the phone would seem to me, priority one. I'm glad we were able to make the reschedule but the person who recieved our call (name presumably Nicole sp*) was completely unprofessional and rude. A complete and utter disappointment in my opinion. I truly hope no other callers will be talked down upon when already under stress."

"I'll give it no stars if it let me , it's an extremely terrible clinic I asked the assistant really nicely if there was anything they could see to test if I was allergic to anything else because I am allergic to the cold and I wanted to know if I was allergic to anything else the lady was extremely rude and she said stuff that I wasn't even talking about I asked her if I could speak to somebody else because she wasn't listening to me she said sure I can and then she proceeded to hang up on me and then when I called back a couple times it went straight to voicemail because they blocked my number. That was extremely unprofessional and I wasn't expecting it All those assistants need to be fired You can't have customer service being disrespectful I'm sorry if they have a bad day but that's no way to treat other people that help them get their pay checks"

"Why are non licensed nurses administering vaccines ?????? Dr Spicer spends more time on his computer than speaking to the parent like a human !! First time moms find this as irritating as him staring at his computer screen!!!!! Just a number...please....he will get paid but will we ever get beyond this treatment to make sure our lil girl is ok ???? We will be going elsewhere...this experience has opened our eyes We only want what is best for baby girl and it's not dr. Spicer ....he can't even give shots ....please ??? CPH ROBOT !!!!!"
