"when i went here as a teenager the doctor was very condescending and made me very uncomfortable by trying to push her religious beliefs to me, didn't listen to many of my concerns, brushed over most of my questions, and did not wear gloves during examinations. it has left a lasting negative impression on me that has prevented me from going to any obgyn in years."

"The nurse was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I had been going there for years w no issues. They scheduled my yearly exam and I never got any reminders so a year later I call bc I'm having an issue and they say sorry you missed your yearly appointment we can't help you until you pay a missed visit fee and then wait for your appointment again when I needed immediate or fairly immediate help and she was well aware of the urgency and was very rude. I have never missed before and I didn't have the money to pay at that time!!!"

"I have been seeing Theresa Naro for the last 2-3 years and she is not only knowledgeable, but she takes the time to listen and I mean TRULY listen. She is also very body positive - I have never felt so understood by a medical practitioner in the past when it comes to weight and the struggles women are put through. If you are looking for someone who is down to earth, progressive and will make you feel safe and understood, do yourself a favour and make the switch to Theresa! "I had a good experience at this practice. Because of the ultrasound done here they discovered an anomaly with my fetuses heart. Due to this discovery I gave birth at the right hospital, with the correct team of doctors and surgeon waiting for my baby to help him survive his first day in the world. I am grateful for their help and kindness. I never had anyone treat me with disrespect. The front desk and the nurses were all very kind. The wait is a little long sometimes, but many doctors offices are and it's no bother. I especially like Dr. Meehan. She's new to the team and she actually helped me find I had kidney stones while I was pregnant. A lot of things happened during my pregnancy and they were there for me."

"Worst experience and I've had 3 kids out of state at other offices. Their billing is ridiculous and they're only out to make money and could care less about patient needs. I went to my THIRD appointment to be greeted by a nurse that told me I had to pay $1000 up front for self pay even though I have insurance. I refused to sign their ridiculous payment plan through a recommendation from my insurance company who said that it was impossible I would ever owe that much. I was called a week later after I walked out of that appointment by a nurse who told me that they had to see me because I went there twice. And now two months later I'm trying to get my records sent to a new doctor and was told that they legally have 10 days to send it and they will take all 10 days because they can. Not to mention the midwives that can't find a heartbeat to save their life and the fact that they have students in the exam room without any consent. Plus the added if you actually need an appointment you have to wait up to 24 hours to even get a call back. Wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. Go elsewhere you won't regret it."
