The staff also do their very best to meet your needs."

"The doctors were rude I went there because I did with my medication. I had such a push for the past that the Kaiser is the rudest person doctor ever I am I am I was in a situation does doctor need to have a good medical history I don’t think she knows anything about her patience. I think she needs more time in medical school. If I was there I would’ve not hired her as a doctor she does it not very good at communication Mom. She acts like everything is okay she doesn’t know anything about a patient I am new I am but I don’t think she deserves to be a doctor because she treat me like a not even a human so if I was anyone looking for a doctors don’t go to us we go don’t go to connect, you get a treat you horribly"

"So my wife was getting a birth control implant in today and the wouldn't let me go back with her they said it's to small even though they have a chair I could sit in. Like I'm her support person smh the first one she had I was in with her. Totally unprofessional. This OB clinic is trash. Do they work in a 2x2 room? Do they think I'm going to micromanage? Jeez unreal"

"Doctor didn’t know how to write accurate notes. She walked away when I was upset. The nurse she has was rude one time when I declined a test. A diagnosis was hidden in my chart. Dr. Kyser talked to me like I was a child but never tried to work on better communication. She asked me how she could help so I told her and then she wrote in her notes that I provided no answers. Very disappointed in the medical part of Connext care. She is young and new so I don’t blame her. No one contacted me before I was sent a letter being discharged because I was self advocating. She cancelled the appointment and that was it."

"Every time I come in I wait 30 minutes. They actually forget about me then finally remember to call me in. Wait times on the phone are horrendous, I don’t ever feel like they actually care about my well-being I could drop dead and they’d just roll me in a rug and toss me out back."
