"I have been going to this practice for many many years. Up until recently, I have ( for the most part) been very satisfied. HOWEVER, recently I have had SEVERAL negative experiences, and I am very excited to be switching to a different doctors office. First, this facility closes at 5pm- google has it listed for closing at 430.. but they turn off their phones early, and all calls are sent to the call center.. where they aren't even in the office. So if you're calling in for a medication refill, depending on the medication.. you need to essentially wait until the next day. I had Dr. Ballaramin send over a script three days ago ( Monday, December 3rd.) I was concerned when I was speaking with her that they would not have that medication in stock - and she assured me that there should be no issues.. well surprise surprise, guess who's pharmacy didn't have it in stock. So today, after waiting for them to hopefully get a restock of medication in- I decided to call to other locations. I did end up finding a pharmacy that had my medication in. So I called the office, and guess who answers ( at 12.30) THE CALL CENTER. So I was stuck leaving a voicemail for a nurse. HOURS go by, no call back... So I called again, and did end up speaking with a nurse who said "DR BALLARAMIN IS WITH PATIENTS- I WILL GIVE HER THE MESSAGE..... so at 4pm I decided to call back, after waiting all day again.. and the call center answers again, I told them that I need to speak with someone in the office, so a nurse named Laura calls me, I explain all of this information to her.. again.. And she again says the same thing that she needs to give this information to DR ballaramin and I may or may not hear back tonight.. It was to my understanding that this should be so much easier... but at this practice you will jump through hoops to get medication refilled.. to speak to the office..etc... I'm very very dissatisfied with the lack of care and the overall quality of this doctors office. I can not stress again how excited I am to be going somewhere else."

"I filled in a resign form a few months ago and they still did not transfer my medical record to my new family doctor. This is frustrating because I cannot make an appointment with my new doctor until they receive my medical record! Feel like I am trapped..."

"No longer provides urgent care. The WellNow clinic they send you to isn't adequately equipped and turns away even basic cases to go to the ER instead. It's not at all the same level of quality as the urgent care was here before. It's one of the only options in the area so I still go here, but they're so understaffed that to book any appointment there's a 3 month wait. So like the WellNow clinic, if you have any illness you have to go to the ER instead because you aren't going to get in to be seen."

"They don't answer when I call. I'm on the autistic spectrum and if making a medical appointment is too much work I space out and end up forgetting to keep re-trying. Feels like medical abandonment even if thats not how its legally defined (abandonment is only if a doctor disappears in the middle of life threatening treatment). I haven't been to "my" doctor (just urgent care) in 3 years because the thought of trying to get a hold of them is more anxiety than the actual condition. I don't know how to get a health advocate or a doctor's office that doesn't shrug and act like I'm a massive hassle when I call."
