"Was running late, and staff lady at front desk was helpful, friendly Dr Block was is great love she still took time and heard my complaints, even when I was late"
"I've been going there for the last 4 years. I will give it 3 stars because I love the PA Shannon - the first and only person in my 3 years of seeking help who diagnosed my hashimotos thyroiditis. I went from doctor to doctor for my fatigue and brain fog , none of whom seemed to know the right tests to do, based on my symptoms or didn't interpret the test results although they were obvious. Shannon knew right away, diagnosed and treated me, suggesting gluten free diet. I feel so much better now. She is great about responding to questions on the patient portal. However, I am considering changing endocrinologists, sadly leaving Shannon, because I can no longer get through to make an appointment or reach anyone and the office staff in CP is barely civil. I always feel like they are doing me a favor talking to me. For the past 3 days the phone has been off the hook and I can't reach anyone."
"I felt very belittled the entire appointment. I was “educated” (or rather talked down to) about diabetes management. I brought a food journal and logs of my glucose numbers for an entire week and they didn’t even review it. They were only concerned about the results of my glucose tolerance test. Complete waste of time."
"Provider Shannon Thompson is very professional and knowledgeable, however the phone system and front desk make any form of communication frustrating and unacceptable. Very difficult to find the answers to lab results and receive the answers needed to educate myself and get the best treatment options. Numerous reviews state similar experiences, not because of the pandemic."
"If there was a 0 star rating, I'd do it. These people are unorganized, disrespectful, give off an air like they don't really care, and it's difficult to get in. I know someone who really needs to get in with an Endocrinologist but they've been giving them a Hassel. I've been told the complicated process they've been going through and personally was subjected to it was well. If you are willing to handle their way of doing things, go for it, but personally, I'd search for someone else."
