"This happened 2 years ago. I remember my sweet french husband gifted me a gold necklace, but it accidentally broke. So I went here and ask, if they can they can fix my necklace (even tho it's not from Kays). The old aging women laughed at me and said no. It's a shame, that a succesful businesses would hire such sour hags. I would not recommend this location."

"Noah was an amazing help and very knowledgeable about his diamonds and gold rings for both men and women. However the older lady that he was working with was rude, kept interrupting us and was overall being a horrible person. Had Noah not been so nice to us we would’ve made a sale elsewhere. She needs to be fired. She was on her phone and rude the whole time we were there. Great job Noah. She was horrible."

"Always flooring me with the care my jewelry gets. Didn't realize my grandmother had an ESP on her ring as my grandfather had forgotten he purchased it. Got the ring back from sizing after her passing early and pickup went smooth as always. Love this place "

"The victor location in the mall is terrible. Terrible service, the ladies who work there don’t want to be bothered, especially the older woman. She wasn’t helpful. Said also she couldn’t price match prices the online kays store. But once I went to the Webster location, I got 100% better service, the staff was very friendly. And they had no issues price matching my fiancés wedding band they sold online. Stay away from victor unless you’d like a headache."

"Devon Is amazing and we love going to see her! Feels like she's been a part of our love story! She helped my husband, boyfriend at the time, design/pick out the engagement ring. Then she was excited to see us come back and show her the engagement pictures. Also helped us pick out wedding bands and we were excited to go back and show her the wedding pictures. Kay has a great selection of jewelry with people who care. So we will continue to do our jewelry shopping with them."
