"Dr. Martene Overton was unwilling to listen or talk through my lab results in a meaningful way. “Everything’s normal” despite symptoms and labs providing evidence to the contrary. Just interested in checking a box and getting me off the call. Absolutely do not recommend. Unless you have an obvious issue like a broken arm, this doctor cannot help you and will just gaslight you. Update: after my Telehealth visit she called, mumbled something that I couldn’t hear, and hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional."

"First time patient and to my surprise I had a terrible experience there the lady at the desk name Elizabeth was being such a disrespectful and not helpful lady at all, all she wanted to do was talk to her co-worker and she said she was not going to take care of me I’m not even 21 yet and she’s just a terrible person as a health care worker I will never come back to this office or any of the offices. Bad bad bad experience, hope Harmony healthcare take care of her."

"Need a refill on my inhaler and nobody picks up the phone or returns messages 12-24 hours later like they say they will. I have a feeling these folks wait for a patient's problem to turn into a medical emergency so that they are forced to call 911 and leave them the hell alone. I'll probably go spend $80 at an urgent care and have them write me a quick script for something I should be getting a refill on. Amazing."
