"The quality in the staff and overall generally has decreased severely!!! When this “place” (staff) was located at 1500 Astor Avenue the service was by far much better! When you try to call NO ONE ever answers the phone. Everything with this facility is a complete hassle it’s disgusting how poor the customer service has become. Going from once being a patient to now being the mom who brings her kid here it’s extremely displeasing to see the declination of what used to be a great place to be serviced. The doctors (not all) are rough and need to go back to school to learn about patient care, especially while dealing with children. Most of the staff walk around with attitudes and make the environment extremely unfriendly. New management might do the staff well."

"Would absolutely recommend being part of Montefiore. Have been a patient for a few years now, unfortunately it was for emergency purposes only. The doctors that I saw were all experts in their fields. All the doctors, nurses and staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I recently found my new PCP who is part of Montefiore and close to home. I receive all of my referral’s directly through my PCP, no more trying to find a doctor for this a doctor for that. They have the best and most efficient app. I would totally recommend checking out all the services they provide and becoming a part of Montefiore."

"Location is nice clean and doctors are good as well, But the staff and nurses need replacement they are too tired to do this job wondering around and wasting so much of the time. I am not sure what they feel after this. But they can serve the patients more quickly May God help them understand"

"This place is horrible. I have been a patient for a few years and the quality of care and patient service has consistently declined. I made an appointment more than a month ago and they scheduled me with the wrong provider. After waiting for 2 hours and a half, the provider informed me he couldn't perform the physical. Due to insurance matters, getting any form of treatment outside of my physical would have put me in a financial disadvantage. Upon coming in, the front desk staff is not welcoming or engaging. Private information is easily heard by others in area. This issue is not just in the clinics. Any medical facilities gained by the Montefiore name provides less then mediocre service. This is not just my opinion due to today's experience but facts based on years of receiving treatment from Mintefiore. Just because you serve the population that is undeserved in all areas does not mean that the quality of service should be what it is."
