"Surgery went well, but WARNING: If you have any billing issues their CHOICE of 3rd party billing is a farce. Ive been calling them DAILY for WEEKS now in attempts to give them my insurance info, and they NEVER answer voicemails/ emails/ calls. SUCH A SHAME, it was a pleasant procedure there, but I will have to show up directly to their office to pester the receptionist to get billing info she has no reason to be dealing with. PLEASE PICK A DIFFERENT COMPANY. (Just to clarify, my doctor's office/ insurance provider was also unable to get in touch with them!)"

"I guess I was leary of what I would find at a place I had never heard of. Much to my surprise, Gramercy was top notch. From check-in to pre-surgical formalities to prepping me for the anesthesia, etc. everything was even better than I've experienced in some hospitals. I would recommend Gramercy very highly."

"I just got surgery there. Went well but here's what happens before. Some really attractive female blood drawer missed my vein and injected saline in my forarm muscle making it swollen and black blue still nowadays week later! The next guy tall guy hanging on to his hair , missed my left arm veins and hurt like hell but yanked it out and then called over the Indian hero boss that got it in 1 second"

"My mom had surgery here. All staff, from the receptionists, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist and the surgical doctor were friendly, helpful, accommodating, patient and considerate. They answered all of my mom's questions and took in her issues. Seeing the tracking of patients in Pre-Op, to the OR and the recovery room was helpful to me and my family. As soon as my mom was in the recovery room a friendly nurse came to get me and escorted me to my mom. Waiting room and restroom were clean areas. I would recommend this surgical center. Thank you all who made this a better experience for my mom and our family!"
