"I couldn't give them a zero My mother is in that hospital as I am typing this she has been there since 12pm she was taken in with my 21yr old disable brother who has the mentality of a 10yr old these incompetent disgraceful poor excuse of Healthcare workers have been trying to kick my brother out of the hospital all evening,my mother is his primary caregiver I live 3hrs away have a baby and no way to get there until the morning. My mother is been pretty much forced to sing herself out because my brother isn't allowed to stay until I can get omeone to get him in the a she went in for seizures that she has never had and I finally spoke to a nice doctor that said he wanted her to stay so they can figure out what's going on now some nasty unprofessional disgraceful poor tainted excuse of a healthcare worker is forcing her to leave because she doesn't want my brother to remain there. If something happens to my mother I will be suing the hospital and stripping all these incompetent people of there license."

"My husband fell they took 32 stitches on his lip nose ! The surgeon that did the procedure was the best of the best! But the staff was really bad ! I got into an argument with a staff members ! She think because she has ,a title she can tell people and treat them bad ! This hospital need to be close down not renovated! It’s not the hospital it’s your staff that are making you lose money ! ! This is unacceptable, unbelievable! Staffs need better training! And is not just this hospital it’s all of them in Brooklyn! It need to improve or fire the people who cannot do there job right! Give them a movie to see Chicago md, let them get the point ! Treat people like people, Not Like Animals !"

"One of the worst hospitals in BK. The staff is a mess. Nobody knows what's going on in any department. You have to wait forever no matter what you come there for. My dad was in the emergency room for 2 days waiting to be put in a room. I went to see him and had to wait 20 mins outside the nurses station for someone to acknowledge me and ask what I needed. Been here an hour and the doctor still hasn't come in to speak to me."
