"A lovely nurse with a kind heart makes everyone there feel very safe and cared for. I didn’t catch her name but she was the one wearing a hijab and glasses, she’s the one that took my blood. She’s so kind and respectful, and the day I went there there was some drama with a bratty mother and daughter but everyone handled it very very professionally, and even though it wasn’t their fault they apologized to the customers. This place is the the example of how you run a business."
