"The year is 2023, and yet Nuvance can't even send bills electronically. Additionally, the bill payment process is unbelievably convoluted. This is only one of many problems with this third-rate monopoly on healthcare services in western Connecticut. I'd recommend people don't use it, but you don't have a choice."
"The absolute worst! A network that has become so large, that you feel like you're trying to contact a massive corporation to simply speak with anyone in your doctor's office. No one knows what the other person is doing. You get moved around a phone tree over and over only to end up in the wrong place, or sit on hold. I loathe this place, it's a complete and utter disaster.Unfortunately, they've monopolized the market and you're stuck with this mess. Can I give negative stars?"
