You are asking us to call an office number and plug in credit info? Can’t imagine why all that hassle. I decided to wait until I had a spare 3 hours. :)"

"This rating is in regards to their bill paying system. I am certain that having an arduous, laborious, tedious phone system to pay your bill saves the organization money, however it adds a level of dissatisfaction that is difficult to describe. Having to listen to a robot repeat back a 12 digit account number, a 16 digit credit card number, and zip code, expiration month, and expiration year, all separately, each with their own "press 1 if this is correct", takes FAR too long. I can't bear to think about entering a number incorrectly and how long that would take to fix. It's 2023, please catch up with pretty much everyone else who sends out bills & figure out an online bill-paying system."
