"I do NOT recommend this place for your loved ones. Despite family concerns and complaints, they have continued to decrease the medication that was helping my aunt. They also completely ignored her neurologist’s recommendation regarding medication. Negligent care. Filing complaint with the state."

"Where to start? Don’t think anyone could have the words to fully describe how horrible this place is! Workers have done things for patients for money. One patient who was not of sound mind became pregnant and she was transferred. Patient bill of rights are non existent. This is a FOR PROFIT facility so residents come last. The owners of this facility should clean house of the higher ups. I have witnessed patients be neglected. I have witnessed patients cry how cruel staff is to them. This place is corrupt and crooked. The food is horrible. The rooms are filthy the shower rooms are filthy. The homeless have it better on the street curb than the residents here. This place has been also found guilty of mistreating employees and terminating for discrimination in the court of law. Run as fast as you can from this place. The state needs to shut this place down."

"Extremely abusive to residents physically, emotionally and mentally. Neglectful to residents. The administration encourages declines for the residents because this is a for profit facility. If they can make you stay instead of getting better that’s their goal. If you want to get your loved one out of their clutches and get proactive treatment they will trespass you and hide behind their RIGHT to do so because they are a private owned for profit facility . However family rights and patients bill and civil rights are nonexistent here. Run away don’t let any loved one come here. They will decline and die"

"My son was at this rehab facility for 4 months following an accident & head injury. I stayed close by in an airbnb for those 4 months. I felt i needed to be there every day to see that his basic needs were met. Many times in the morning I would go in & his clothes looked like he had slept in them & were dirty from the previous day. I would get him changed myself. While I was with him I saw him having to wait many times for an hour and as much as 2 hours for his aide to take him to the restroom after I informed the aide he needed to go. No one can wait that long!! I stayed with him to help him with his meals & cleaning his hands before eating. No one did that for him before & he became very ill with an infection. The rest of the staff were much better but the one that he was assigned was useless, usually out smoking or couldn't be located. I learned how to get his clothes changed & to the rest room myself & he loved washing his hands before eating. He was making excellent progress until I had to leave him alone one day, Sunday, to drive home & check on my own house 4 hours away. Somehow he developed either an injury or infection, he was overmedicated & passed away a short time later. He did have an excellent doctor who was aiding him with his loss of memory and the proper medication that contributed to his amazing mental health. I would not recommend this place to a loved one unless you are able to see them every day."
