"I will never ever go here again for anyone or with anyone they gave my baby a severe infection in her right ear and also when the pierced the ears the back went in crooked and were severely hard to get off and now my daughter won't even let anyone touch her ears anymore so cleaning then for this is an extreme hassle as it was after I followed all after care instructions and this I'm not happy for 100$"

"Please beware if your children are coming in with their own money that they do not ask for permission to donate to St. Jude, apparently they do it automatically said by lady working there when I brought it to her attention saying “I didn’t know you can charge without asking permission?” They also failed to mention the $5 bonus card you get from buying a $25 gift card is not instant. It’s their way to lure you back in to spend more. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."

"They know what they're doing and they do it well - catching children's eyes and making the parents pay extremely high prices for dollar store junk. Please, for the love of God, do not get children or babies' ears pierced here. Read up on the trauma that piercing guns do to your tissue and the inability to sterilize them. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but it's worth it to go to a professional. Maybe check out Michael's craft store and DIY cute accessories while you're at it."
