"Patient care is NOT a priority for Cornerstone Family Healthcare!! I have a two year old that has been sick for a month and they refuse to see her in office because of her symptoms. Mind you she went for a Covid test a month ago per their request which came back negative and she still hasn’t gotten better. But yet instead of them seeing her in the office to see what’s wrong with her… it’s another telehealth and another Covid test, because she can’t be seen in the office because she’s sick. How can you diagnose a child through a video or over the phone? This practice is a joke! I have never in my life seen such horrible patient care and I mean NEVER! I don’t understand how this is even legal."

"The staff nurses and doctors are good, professional and respectful. I highly dislike the fact that I had to wait about 30-50 minutes in the room each time. Ridiculous when this locations always seems empty. I waited for literally 50 mins until I got anxious and had to walk outside and ask a nurse for the doctor. 2 minutes later she walks in as if I had just been forgotten about, rushing through everything not asking any questions. Would not recommend."

"Absolutely terrible service from the doctor, receptionists, and nurses. There is no communication at any of these locations, and it is evident no one can do their jobs properly. I will never return to this pathetic excuse of a healthcare."
