"I used to go here as a kid and all was well. Over the past 5-10 years getting into an appointment has become an exercise in futility. A good friend of mine went and was completely disregarded by the staff (primarily Dr Cromwell) while seeking treatment of a chronic illness. The same with other members of their family. I last visited for a messed up ankle and the young (Australian?) doctor was kind. However getting seen involves hour long waits in the front room and then another in the treatment room. They are overwhelmed and understaffed at the very least. If you can go somewhere else, it's in your best interest to do so."
