"I had a 10 day stay in this hospital. Starting November 27/23. Two major back surgeries because the hardware broke after the first surgery. The care I received was in humane. PT would make me get up and walk, sit in a chair. I would beg please I’m in to much pain. ( no one believed me because no X-ray was done yet). I leaked urine on the way walking myself to the bathroom. I asked if I could please put my underwear on and wear a sanitary pad so I was not stepping in it. I was told NO. The doctor wants you up and walking. When PT would put me the chair I would push the nurses call button. The aide, said I can’t put you back the nurses told me to ignore you. I had urine soaked feet every night. I even spoke with the nurse manager of the floor. Things got worse after that. The first time I was suppose to go home is when they finally did an X-ray and I had my second surgery. The PT man told my husband it’s a miracle after looking at those X-rays that she could even stand. The same man that ignored my pain and made me walk. The nurses were for the majority all rude. The one asked me if I knew how to read. Don’t stay at this hospital if you have a choice. Please horrible treatment to sick patients"

"I went in the ER with chest pain, stomach pain, and shooting pain in my arms and I have a mass in my chest that’s been causing me a lot of pain. I waited 4 HOURS to be seen until I finally left. They said it was because they had “ a lot of dirty beds” smh. But there were multiple patients who got there after me who got a room before me even though I was having severe chest pain. The nurses blow you off and don’t care at all."

"Total lack of empathy and care. My mom had a stroke. They left her sitting in her own excrement for over two hours. I watched as the nurses disregarded her pleas for help time and time again. Nurses stunk of booze and cigarettes. As they transferred my mom from one room to another, they kept banging her into walls, and when I asked them to be more careful, they said, “they don’t pay us enough to be more careful.” Disgusting!"

"Google really needs to allow for zero stars because you do not even deserve a single star. The entire staff working the emergency room on December 27, 2023 need to be fired. Such disgusting and reprehensible treatment to my mother who is completely helpless and disabled. You abandoned her to be alone, and refused to let her attendants help her. The trauma she experienced from that day, when she was already scared since she was experiencing immense pain is despicable. She cannot even scratch herself when needed, yet you all thought it was reasonable to leave her abandoned for 11 hours without help. She should have pissed herself and left y'all to have to clean it as she cannot even go to the bathroom on her on. It wasn't until she was finally at her limits and started crying out due to immense pain and discomfort (due to lack of help with moving) that you finally decided to do something for her. You are lucky she is not pursuing legal action from this disgusting treatment. I WILL continue to try and persuade her otherwise."
