"5 stars for the security. She was a lovely lady and clearly cares about the patients needs. This place sucks dookie. Petition on my behalf to only give her a raise. Thank you and good night. Oh and happy holidays :)"
"I went to the DeGraff Emergency Room due to high blood pressure, which I had never experienced before. I have had no prior history of high blood pressure or any significant health issues throughout my life. I rarely ever took any medication other than over-the-counter pain relievers. However, when I was administered intravenous medication at the emergency room, my heart stopped for approximately 15 seconds within 2-3 minutes. When doctors and nurses rushed into the room in a panic, I explained that this was happening due to the medication you had administered intravenously. They acknowledged that it could be a possibility, but they suggested we investigate further. I underwent numerous tests, and all of them came back clean. When I emerged from the MRI machine, the healthcare worker who conducted the MRI test told the personnel escorting me back to my room that the machine was malfunctioning and they couldn't be sure about the results. That night, it doubled the nightmare.Subsequently, I was rushed to another hospital by ambulance. The same tests were also conducted at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, and all the tests came back clean because I didn't have any health problems. Upon returning home, I immediately requested a medical report from the hospital, but they refused to provide one. I made two more requests for the report, but it was still not given to me. Finally, after 12 months, I received the report, but it contained discrepancies regarding the events of that night."
"I am not a fan of hospitals but this has to be the best hospital i've ever been to. All the staff were amazing, courteous and speedy. I was super impressed by Doctor Barrett he was nice, patient and accurate. Thanks a million guys"
"I am quite satisfied with services provided at DeGraff Medical Park. Have used the ER twice myself, and once for my octogenarian relative. Respect throughout. Have also made sure to get my x-rays, ultrasound and blood work done at DeGraff Medical Park--close to home. Utilizing this facility helps keep it in the community, for us to have these services available nearby, versus traveling to other municipalities when in medical need. It is a comfort to me that DeGraff Medical Park is available in all four seasons, in an area with active residents. In a motor vehicle accident, I would rather be served within the City than be forced to travel because no emergency services are available right here."
"Playing soccer with a group of kids I fell and cut my face. League rules stated I had to go to this hospital. They wanted to stitch it. I told them to butterfly it. The nurse told me I would die from infection if it wasn't stitched. Are you kidding me? Go there at your own risk. You have been warned."
