"My husband and I chose Baby bungalow to do 3D/4D and they did not disappoint! Bri was amazing and patient with us describing everything she was doing and did her best to get great pictures of our Baby Boy. Bri made us feel comfortable during the entire appointment and we’re so happy with the results I will definitely recommend them to everyone!"
"Very cute and cozy little place! Bri was very nice and thorough with the imaging…made sure we had tons of good pictures even with baby being a little stubborn at first. Very comfortable and intimate setting definitely recommend!"
"My wife and I will recommend Baby Bungalow to anyone and everyone! We have come for all 4 of our children. Most recently for gender last January and a further along package in June. We wanted to leave a review after we delivered to compare the images and it always blows our minds how accurate these scans are. The owner Bridget always goes above and beyond and we had her daughter Brianna in June who is simply amazing. We cannot express enough how much we love it here. If you are on the fence about doing this, do it!"
"We were there for our first child and had a great experience, so I will give them credit where it is due...but we were just there for our second child as my wife is due next month and this experience was frankly very unprofessional. First off we were the first appointment of the day. The appointment was at 9:45am. 10am rolls around and our technician was still nowhere to be found. Meanwhile my son needed to be changed and my wife told me she was going to take care of it. Finally our technician arrives and asks where my wife was and I told her. She then asks me if I could switch with my wife because she "really needed to get started" because they had a busy day. First of all, if you needed to get started or had a busy day lined up...maybe start by being on time and try being a little more respectful to your customers. That is a standard that as a business you need to be held accountable for. That really put a bad taste in mouth as we finally went in for the appointment. Then while we were in there for the appointment they really had a hard time getting a better look at the baby which after she explained why, really wasn't their fault and I won't hold that against them. And they told us that they would reschedule us for free which we appreciated. We were disappointed but again, not their fault and offering to reschedule another time was fine by us. Then we go to reschedule, keep in mind my wife is due rather soon and the point of us going when we did (which was a Saturday) was so we could all go together. As we were trying to reschedule we were trying to get another Saturday so we could all be there...and they tell us that Saturday's were "really busy and would prefer not to do that day." Why is that? It is because when they offer to reschedule if they can't get a good look at the baby it is at no charge to the customer which is great, but they don't want to have a rescheduled appointment on a busy day since they won't be making any money off of you that day and would rather fill the time with someone that can make money off of. From a business standpoint I get how that can be ideal but sometimes as business you have to do what's best for the customer and clearly that is not a concern of theirs. They charge way too much money to treat their customers the way we were treated. May not have been intentional, but the bottom line is, it is poor customer service for the $120 we spent. Oh, and that was apparently with $25 off. Not worth it in the long run. Being on time for your appointments (especially the first one of the day) and being more accommodating to your customers is much better for your business in the long run."
"Oh my gosh, what a cool experience!! They had such a cozy space for me and my family! An actual bed for me to lay on! Bridget I believe was our ultrasound tech..she made us feel comfortable and was so knowledgeable! We’re a goofy sarcastic bunch and she rolled with it!! I couldn’t recommend this experience enough!! I will definitely go back if I have more kids!!"
