I have been a teacher for over 25 years, and truly love my SJUS students and community!"

"My child attended this school. He was a straight A student. Get got level 1 write ups which was nothing but being unprepared to class simpl things like that and they expelled my child. I would not recommend this school to anyone at all ever. Horrible they don’t work with the kids at all . A total waste of money. Find a different school before you chose this one"

"I went to this school for a couple of years, and I thought it was a great school. The teachers were very easy to talk with, the homework load was not large enough to cause excessive stress, but also not small enough to give the impression that there is no learning taking place. The academic curriculum in general is very well put together. I would recommend this school to any parent who has a child that would like a school where actual learning is possible and easily within the mental grasp of the student. The teachers in sixth through eight grade, in particular, were easy to talk to on matters concerning their grades and/or clarification as to the lesson of that day. Also, the teachers have a strong sense of what the student can accomplish after the first few assignments handed in. They gently push the student towards what is actually reachable to the student. In the case of myself, my writing improved greatly because of one teacher in particular, to whom I am greatly indebted. The lessons learned are useful by the time the student graduates and proceeds to high school. The teachers and management of this school are really involved and informed as to the student's academic scores and overall character with the other students. I believe it to be a great school whose overall goal is to prepare the student for high school and ultimately for life."
