St. Lawrence County Community Development Program - Massena Head Start is a school located at 41 West Orvis Street in Massena, New York, United States. In addition to the Head Start Program, we offer the Housing Choice Voucher Program, funded by H.U.D., to provide rental assistance to income-eligible families. Our Weatherization Program is designed to make homes safer and more energy-efficient for homeowners or renters, with various weatherization measures available.

St. Lawrence County C.D.P. operates six Neighborhood Centers throughout the county, providing services to low-income families with the help of community volunteers. These centers offer food assistance, emergency shelter, utilities support, and individual or family development services. We also provide referrals to programs and resources available through other organizations.

Volunteers play a crucial role in our organization, assisting in Neighborhood Centers, Head Start Centers, and fundraising events.
