"The room was clean and comfortable enough (excluding the beat up office chair) but the slamming of doors could be heard all night until I could finally fall asleep at 3am with an early morning call and a 9 hours drive. Great. The breakfast eggs were not real eggs. The male attendant in the breakfast room is a gem."

"Please tear this place down. It is nasty. *There should be a disclaimer that long term renters are staying here- I did not want a room in an apartment with smokers and cats, I wanted a clean hotel room. For the record I like cats and smokers. Just not ones I don’t know in my hotel room. $147 dollars! It’s dirty and unsafe! Please demolish this building and build something nice. Quality Inn should be ashamed."

"The power went out multiple times. My air conditioner didn't work. The thermostat said -10 degrees. The shower was clogged up with who knows. The room smelled like something foul. I had a horrible experience. They have people living there on the second floor. They let them smoke on that floor. I could smell smoke in my room above. The restaurant in the hotel is never open. Do not stay here. The better hotels are in Plattsburgh."

"Abraham is the best! How lucky you guys are to have him representing your hotel and brand. I called just to get an estimate and liked him so much I decided to book instead. The room needed some help though. Room 404 the door locks aren’t locking, and the shower head pipe moves all around behind the wall. There were some missed hairs on linen and the hair dryer hanging in the bathroom needs to be wiped down. The curtain is falling off the track as well. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was delicious and I had great conversation with the older gentleman running it. The restaurant attached to the main lobby is delicious and I highly recommend checking them out. I’m sure I’ll be back through this way and I will stay again."
