"I went to the Ink lab to get my nipps re-pierced and my frog eye piercing well at least I think that’s what it’s called. Anyway I was super indecisive regarding which way I wanted to get my Nipps pierced but Cali and Otis made me feel super comfortable and made sure I was confident in what I chose. 10/10 cali is awesome. And Otis is soon to be piercing as well I expect all good things. They are awesome. This my new spot ❣️"

"I called and a gentleman answered the phone who was very polite. I told him I wanted to bring my daughter in for a nose piercing and he said I can come right away. When we entered, we were not greeted. Instead, there was a Hispanic lady sitting with a toddler staring at my 16 year old daughter like if there was an issue. She stared at her from when we entered and turned around to stare at her when we walked pass. She seemed to work there as she was belting out orders to the staff. I was told I couldn’t go in the room with my daughter as she got pierced although technically she is a minor. The piercer was nice but she didn’t wipe the area prior to piercing. She didn’t make a marking and ask my daughter if she liked the location. I guess they don’t want anyone in the room because they are used to doing non sense. She was quick which was nice but she also didn’t give any advice for aftercare at all. Professionalism and bedside manners clearly do not matter at this shop. They also charge $25 to use the hun and $50 for a nose piercing with a needle. I had to tell her to use the needle as she didn’t give an option. She went straight for the gun. I will not return or refer anyone."
