"Always something with this bus company. And then when you call to speak to someone they flip the script and always have excuses! Have been a nightmare dealing with these unprofessional people. No quality of parent or customer concern. No quality of rectifying situations. Just sit on the phone like robots! So glad to be leaving this place, and not have to deal with this unprofessional bus company. When dealing with people’s children please understand it’s not a nonchalant situation, hope they do better in the future!! Only thing they have going for them is the bus drivers who actually care about their jobs and keeping the children safe like Ms. Dee. They got lucky with her!"

"Worst bus company ever. My daughter has had 6 different bus drivers and 2 different buses in a month. They drive right past her half the time and don’t stop. There has been an instant where the driver told a smaller child, that goes to a different school, he was his driver. Then half a block away he drops the kid back off to mom and had to drive around the bus to get my child who had already been waiting in the snow for a half hr. They are never, ever on time. I fear for my child’s safety every single day she is in this company’s hands. EDITED 2yrs later! My daughter is on this SAME route and we are STILL having issues!"

"I was going to apply until I talked to a driver. Buses are parked outside and the driver is responsible for removing all the snow in winter! Also must be able to carry 100 pounds in case children need evacuation. Must be able to go up and down stairs quickly. At 70 I would love the job, but no way I could meet these qualifiers. Can you imagine climbing up to remove snow from the roof and windshield?"
