"I saw Dr Chandler for at least 5 years or more. I selected Dr. Chandler, because I was impressed with his diagnostic and treatment skill he had demonstrated working with children from Triagle area schools. At the time, I was a School Psychologist and completed Psychosocial and related assessments, to develop recommendations to improve performance at home and at school. A number of children demonstrated both neurological and psychological behaviors that warranted further evaluation. I often referred these children to Dr. Chandler, and was impressed with his diagnosis. See part 2"

"Continued from previous entry. I also was impressed with the special care he took to work with an elderly man who had Alzheimer's . Dr Chandler would sit in the car with patient when he refused to come I side the office. I saw Dr. C. after an almost fatal car accident that resulted in PTSD, TBI, and related neuropsych issues. I developed a close connection with his long time assistant, who would meet with me before I saw Dr. After she left, I was not comfortable with mew staff. Without going into detail, Dr. Chandler received a letter from a relative of mine. Not only did he choose not to share this information with me, HE BROKE CONFIDIDENTIALITY AND shared thos inaccurate information with my primary dr. And it was placed in my Duke record for any Duke dr. To read. He did not tell me about letter, or get my permission to share with another Dr. The letter was written with malicious intent to create problems for me. This ultimately led to prejudgement by my Dr. And ultimately prevented me from getting the help that I needed. I had to change my primary physician group due to the false judgement and negative treatment that I received. It still follows me to this day. When I called the office manager, I was reassured that Dr. Chandler would write a letter, for me to review, and apologize for this breach. It never happened. I was crushed and have struggled to trust psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists. The doctor who received the letter, became abusive, continues to write false documents and diagnoses about me (despite leaving his practice over 2 years ago). So in addition to lifes stressors, I have had to spend a significant amount of time writing a complaint that includes Medicaid fraud and malpractice. I gave 3 stars to reflect the beginning of my experience. However the outcome deserves a zero."

"This office is really good. Great reception area and very quick to help you. All staff is very cordial, and Dr. Chandler is great. Recommend to anyone with problems requiring therapy. Five stars"
