Your communication and follow up throughout every visit every apt is outstanding. The scheduling for all treatments and appointments was awesome. "I drove my mom 6 hours round trip every 3 months for 2.5 years to be seen for pancreatic cancer. The valet , registration, clinical , radiology and lab staff were friendly and professional. I can't express how wonderful Dr N Mettu was to my mom and my family. She was so professional and always discussed treatment options and emotional support each visit."
"The care and nursing staff is very good. Their treatment scheduling is terrible. I drive an hour and a half one way and get to my SCHEDULED appointment on time to sit in a waiting room for 2 hours past my SCHEDULED time. Then i also wait 20-30 minutes for the pharmacy to deliver my medicine that should already be there waiting on me.This has happened every appointment. It is very inconsiderate to the patients."
"I was treated for my brain tumor back in 2004 for the second time I had a team of Doctors there who took very good care of all my needs. they made the accurate decision to treat my cancer very aggressively and it worked I'm still surviving to this day 20 yrs later.
