"My daughter Katherine attended Little Genius for about 1.5 years before entering Pre-K at P.S. 130 in Bayside. Honestly, you really see the difference how the small, friendly, and warm environment Little Genius has prepared her for Pre-K. She learned to count to 100, the days of the week, the months of the year, and much more which far outpaces what she is doing in Pre-K. Moreover, my daughter made great friends at Little Genius and they always made her feel at home. They celebrate each child's birthday, they make sure they exercise and have nap time; Ms. Sammi will send you LOTS of pictures of your child during activities and parties so that you get a real sense of what is happening while your child is there. You really can't ask for more from a preschool. Ms. Sammi is very accommodating and will listen and try to help you if you have any requests. My daughter misses her friends and the staff there and truthfully, I miss the personal effort and welcoming feeling of this small preschool as well. I was lucky enough to have found Little Genius when no other preschool had openings and it was a perfect fit even though it was a bit out of the way. I would recommend this preschool to anyone. Ms. Sammi, the director, is very communicative and everyday she will let you know how your child is doing in school. This is a very warm and cozy preschool with a friendly and diligent staff."
