"I had an ultrasound guided thyroid biopsy this morning. The office was immaculately clean including possibly the nicest bathroom I’ve seen at a doctor’s office. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. I forgot my insurance card and it wasn’t a problem because they already had my insurance info from when I called to make the appointment. Wait time was minimal. The waiting room decor and ambiance was calming- not cluttered with some indoor plants and a Chinese drama playing on the tv. Anyway I was incredibly nervous because I hate needles and they were going to put needles in my neck right? But the medical technicians and doctor were incredibly kind and calming and explained that it wouldn’t hurt and the procedure was faster than I thought it was and really it doesn’t hurt so once the first two needles went in and I realized they were right about the numbing spray and how quick the needle stays in then I could appreciate these cute little puppy pics that they placed above your head to distract you since you’re laying down waiting between needles while they check where to put them. Bottom line, I was appreciative of the fact that a really stressful experience was so calming and quick and people were so nice that I had to write this review."
