"Dr Chavis and Dr. Hendrix are amazing Optometrist. Tina is always helpful. The technician ( Carly )has a short fuse with kids. Patience is a virtue at work. Some people apparently need a class. My experience was a negative 3 star with her but a +5 for Dr. Chavis."

"I would not take my dog to be seen there. Dr. Hendricks prescribed me medication for my eyes and told me to return in 2 to 3 weeks. I went to the receptionist, spoke about my next appointment, and paid the high co-pay. I called back to make the appointment. The receptionist, dana, gave me a hard time because I wanted to make an appointment one day before the two-week mark. Due to the nature of my job, I can't take off work or leave in the middle of the day. The staff there are very disrespectful and dismissive. If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Save yourself time and money; find another place to be seen."

"This place is horribleA SCAM OF A PLACE , 1st issue they are never there to answer the phone or to make an appointment they leave early when the doctor leaves and doesn’t have a phone system to make appointments. They Manipulated my mother into thinking a digital exam was a requirement and when I called about it that’s when they want to use the word recommendation after charging her they never initially seen her to tell her exactly what exam she actually needs they just want to up sell the services instead of actually helping someone. They took advantage of my elderly mom into paying for 2 digital exam. Then blamed her for not reading they paper they explained was required. I will never do business with them ever again and I urgently advise everyone to stay away from this place. They put profit and up selling before the care of their patients."

"Absolutely terrible staff. Super rude lady who honestly seemed racist from the get go. I have 2 insurances who are in network providers and they stated they did not take one when i literally called my insurance prior and they gave me this location. The lady was super rude and said I had to pay out of pocket because if not she will have to bill me and I possibly wouldn’t pay. Okay, so you’re telling me I’m a delinquent? I don’t know who the supervisor for this place is but I would like to have a very lengthy discussion considering I waited 3 weeks to have this appointment just to be told I had to pay out of pocket because she has to bill one insurance as primary even though I have tricare as well? Like what the hell?"

"We love staff here! Dr.Chavis has seen me and my children from the time they were in kindergarten- my oldest just started college this year. She is super thorough with her patients!!! In fact, my son's eye pressure was trending towards high and she sent him to a specialist that diagnosed him with glaucoma at 16 years of age. When I say this lady is thorough, she is thorough! I sincerely feel she is the BEST!! All of the staff is so kind and wonderful too! I highly recommend this location!!!!"
