"Check in was so simple online, and we were seen right at our appointment time. The phlebotomist today was amazing with my young son! She explained each step of the process and had such a calm, friendly energy. Thank you so much."

"The Tecs are good, but not all of them very friendly. Worse of all is the perfumed air freshener. So awful to fill the waiting room with sweet thick vanilla overbearing air pollution. My daughter had to put on a mask, I had to wait out side in the hall. I held the door open so the poor people waiting who had to sit, could breath! One small boy was wheezing terribly once he entered the room. His mom said he was asthmatic. I had to watch him in the hall while her other son has his blood drawn! That is totally inexcusable! We will now drive to Kingston and get it done with a different lab company."

"Something by for all of us to think about as we read through the plethora of bad reviews on nearly every blood lab in our area. Maybe it’s not them. No one goes into these places excited and happy. It takes a rare person to be in a good mood about the idea of being poked with a needle in the first place. So it’s pretty easy to approach this place in an already sour mood. Now think about how many people come into these places with that type of mood on a daily basis, and what often the one person working there has to deal with. It’s not an easy job for them. No one is happy to see them, and they often get treated accordingly. With all of that said, I saw Shanice who drew my blood. She was gentle, friendly, and professional. She was all of this even as she was having a challenging day, being a one woman band, and dealing with the several people who walked in in a bad mood, right from the start. Labcorp is lucky to have her. I highly recommend Shanice for having as pleasant of an experience that you can have with a admittedly, unpleasant task."

"When you walk through the hallway door on the second floor there will be yellow arrows on the carpet pointing toward you. Don’t despair, the office you are looking for is immediately to your left. This is a very small office. Masks are not required but probably a good idea. There is a self check in kiosk and the office is clean enough, although definitely not immaculate. Brenda was excellent, I barely felt the poke."

"The ladies that work here at the New Paltz branch are so kind and knowledgeable. They were training someone new who did my blood work and both the trainer and trainee did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. They know you don’t want to be there getting blood taken so they get you in and out as fast as they can while making you feel important. Thanks for making it as painless as possible yall!"
