Chipotle Mexican Grill

"They suck in every possible way. I haven't eaten chipotle in 11 months because of the disgusting employees here. Even if you pay for double portions, they barely want to give you the food. If they see that an ingredient is basically finished, they will surely scrape up the scraps and stare you dead in the face like it's an acceptable portion. Food is cold and sloppily presented, chips are unbelievably salty. Customer service is non-existent. Rude workers. Smelly and dirty establishment. I vowed to never eat chipotle again after wasting my hard earned money here multiple times."

"Ya should hire reasonable ppl that wanna work . This young kid (black) I tell him a bit of spicy red sauce and he trows alot in there then gets mad when i tell him to take some off. I know is cheaper to hire someone that doesn't have a responsibility like an adult but their service just makes you not wanna go back atleast to this place ."

"The service and food was great. What im gonna complain about is the hostile work environment administered by a gentleman in glasses who seemed to be the manager. The person who was making my burrito did a fine job, and you could tell they might've been new. However I noticed the manager was making sly remarks and seemed to have been bullying his team member. If chipotle encourages this company/workplace culture, then it has lost a costumer"

"Worst portions ever. People serving you suck and will get mad if you ask for extra corn because they act like this corn is their corn. My burrito was tinier than my hands and flatter than a piece of paper all for thirteen bucks. The place was dirty and disgusting and it smelled bad like they didn’t shower before work. Bad experience never again."

"Worst Chipotle and Customer Service in the town. Food portions are really small, they put everything only half of the spoon. I asked extra sour cream on the side as she put less than half spoon on my bowl. When I asked extra, she was rude with attitude and said “will u pay for it separately, because it is extra” I paid extra $1.85 for another half spoon of sour cream after paying $13.98 I have never paid extra or seen anyone pays for it. Maybe it is their new policy, have no idea. If so, put signs that mentions about it, or at least be nice with customers who is paying for their orders. They are NOT getting your bland food for free. Will NOT come back again!!!!"
