"The gentleman working was just rude very unfriendly. We stood at the counter for five minutes, it's a very open place. So we walked to the counter to order near where they were eating, then he rudely ushers of back to the register where we were already standing for so long. No one greeted us, thankfully because I turned around and found a much better place with phenomenal customer service Kabisera. (This place has multiple restaurants to choose from) The food was good my boyfriend enjoyed and I tasted it. I'll post his food and the food from the other place with much better experience I had. That's Rodrigo from the restaurant Kabisera that's also inside. Look at that presentation, I even ate the flower. Highly recommend them, I had the salmon teriyaki spicy."

"I frequently come here for a fast, affordable, and somewhat healthy meal before I work in the theatre district. The service is always friendly, there's plenty of space in Gotham Market, and the quality of the food at La Palapa is consistent. The Tostada Salad is a new discovery for me, but I'm also a fan of the tacos, enchiladas, quesdillas, and posole. I may be a dyed-in-the-wool carnivore, but I love the mushrooms and the nopales."

"Was rang up for a beer and a margarita during happy hour at full price. When I asked if there was a happy hour, the waitress said no, then as I was tapping my card to pay, said that the happy hour was at the other portion of the restaurant on the other side of the food hall. When I sat and took a drink of my margarita, it was exceedingly sour, to the point where I'm certain the lime juice had already gone bad. Definitely no purpose in me returning to the establishment."

"I took the beef enchiladas and it was the best meal I had in NYC. Very tasty, lovely rice and curry and it's not even that expensive! Totally worth it's price. I recommend it 100% !"

"The tacos are nice. Located inside the Gotham Market this place features communal seating and dining. There are individual bars you can sit at if you want more privacy. The staff were friendly. This place is easily accessible by car, train or bus and has handicapped seating."
