"I brought my daughter here today because she’s been running a fever. Obviously she was feeling extremely bad, the wait time to be called back was fine everything was fine in the beginning we were told the flu/Covid test would only take about 15 minutes (I understood it would take longer than that for the provider to come in and read the results) after about an hour I stepped out the room to ask the nurse (who they said a name is Lady) how much longer it would be she very rudely said we just got the results we will be in in a couple of minutes, then 20 more minutes go by and I step out again at this point worrying that I will not be at the school in time to get my other child and ask how much longer and again this nurse gets a very snotty attitude! I have never been treated this way in a doctors office before! I could understand it had I not been patient or I myself had an attitude but I didn’t I was simply asking a question POLITELY! I have been here for myself and my children many times and never was treated like this before but now I do not see me or my children coming back. I’m not sure what happened to this place but I’m not impressed anymore."

"Went in today to have daughter seen. Lady said I put wrong date of birth in. She couldn’t change it because of staff not there after waiting over 2 hours for this appointment . So go to e.r instead no compassion at all.."

"If you enjoy a doctor that wants to falsely accuse (when you have proof to the opposite), not even check you over, do their best to tick you off, go see Kacy. Definitely someone that has no sense of bedside manner, a terrible attitude, and a complete lack of common sense. Once Victoria left, the quality left with her. They aren’t worried about your health and well-being, they just want that insurance money."

"I was taken in quickly, even as a walk-in. The staff was courteous and welcoming. Tests were given to diagnose problem - I really appreciated this because my illness wouldn't have responded to a quick antibiotic script. I was given great advice on treating myself and urged to return if necessary. The PA was so knowledgeable and personable - very reassuring. Great experience!!"

I've been struggling with severe depression for awhile.. The new physician has my total faith. She listens with professional ethics..I appreciate her guidance and help.
