Came here for a routine vision exam to update my prescription and everyone I talked to was very accommodating & polite. I explained that I had already ordered a specific frame for my new prescription and they were more than happy to discuss my options for lenses. As a pilot, my duties demand both durability and peak optical clarity out of my eyeglasses and I was pleased to hear that they do offer Trivex lenses (A much pricier, but MUCH better option than polycarbonate/plastic) with a plethora of extra options/coatings."

We had gotten into a wreck and my daughter broke her glasses during the wreck and it was no problem just to call them right up and to have a new pair. When we come for her yearly appointments, everybody is very nice, and everything is always explained well and if there's ever a time where I may have questions, they have no problem explaining things. They also have a little play area that my youngest loves to play in and in each of the rooms they have this really cool big screen where the kids can doodle on I love it! They are also very patient when my daughter picks out new glasses, as it could take her a little long sometimes haha. So glad that we are with them!"
