"I have called several times over a month to let them know I had to stop taking medications due to it making me sick. No response at all after leaving several voicemails. Then called to get refills because they had not been called in after the pharmacy contacting them and the response was oh the doctors been on vacation. I will not longer be using UT as they are lacking in customer care these days and will be going back to another doctor in a different town. It is sad that they could care less about someone being out of medication and its just like whatever."

"This review *only* pertains to the Phys Therapy Dept of UT of Sevierville: I had Physical Therapy at the University of Tennessee in Sevierville the first part of 2023. I have since stopped going due to serious issues with the Therapist at U of T Sevierville and have been going to Pro Therapy Services Sevierville (which are outstanding). I was not billed until 4-1/2 months after I left UT Physical Therapy and found the weekly charges to the Insurance and myself were 100% higher than the current therapy I’m taking, which is far superior. That’s twice the cost. All at once, 4 months after the last attendance. For what it’s worth, both my PC Physician and my current Licensed Therapist confirm permanent damage due to improper PT at UT in Sevierville. I filed a formal complaint w/TN Dept of Health regarding the injury and treatment. Do check your costs as they are twice as high as other more advanced PT Departments."

"Great experience. Friendly staff. Good primary care facility and urgent care facility. They really care. They are part of the UT Hospital out of Knoxville. It’s nice if you have to go because if your in the system at one of the UT spots, they’re able to pull your information up. Highly recommend."
