When I lived in Sevierville I had a good relationship with BOA and maintained it after I moved. However BOA wouldn't stand with me when erie(SCUMBAGS!) began their illegitimate collections actions after I no longer chose to buy from Erie (SCUMBAGS) auto insurance. I chose not to renew my erie(SCUMBAGS!) policy after finding a deal for 1/2 price with State Farm. Erie (SCUMBAGS) however chose not to honor my choice and is still attempting to collect on me since April 2020, 9 months now of unfounded harassment. How about stepping in here BOA and call off your erie(SCUMBAGS!) dogs? What does Erie (SCUMBAGS) not understand about non-renewal? I gave BOA and Erie (SCUMBAGS) the opportunity to match the offer but was told it wouldn't be matched. So I paid for my SF policy and moved on with life, Erie (SCUMBAGS) didn't. Steer clear of Erie (SCUMBAGS) insurance and read my review on the Erie (SCUMBAGS) site for more details. When Erie (SCUMBAGS) or BOA makes this right (I am NOT holding my breath!)
