"I have been a patient of doctor Mabry for three years , came down sick with the flu sent two messages through the portal with no response, the 26th and 27th of Dec 2023 with them knowing I have a broken elbow and two broken ribs , called and asked if he could call something in for me Got a return call from the receptionist that he would not send me anything and would not see me if I needed assistance to go to urgent care. So disappointing."

"Emily is awesome so personable and really listens to my concern! My only issue with SOFA is getting my referrals for MRI, CTscans and specialist to my insurance for approval in a timely manner. It has taken weeks even months on occasion or never done unless I have reminded them of the need for these to be done. I think they need more than one person handling these insurance issues not fair for one person to try and get these all accomplished for 6-7 providers."
